Gateway Realty (formerly Coldwell Banker Gateway Realty) I am a Licensed Architect, NCARB, and Licensed Broker in Montana. I graduated from Montana State University '71, Polson High '66. I practiced architecture for 15 years in Colorado and Oklahoma, and 10 years on the Big Island "Hawaii".

My wife and business partner, Carol, married 28 years, moved back to "Big Sky Country" in 1993. I did several developments and decided to pursue a career in Real Estate in 1999. I was awarded "Top New Salesperson of the Year 2000", and have been awarded the Sterling Society and Diamond Society Award while with Coldwell Banker Wachholz and Company. I purchased Coldwell Banker Kingsley & Associates, August, 2001 and changed the name in 2002 to Gateway Realty to reflect a broader market. Our offices buildings, created from two vacant restaurants, located in downtown Polson and Hot Springs, allowed me to use my creativity.
